I have cosponsored this proposed Amendment to the Constitution. Currently, Congressional districts are apportioned to states based on the population of citizens and NONCITIZENS which gives states with numerous illegal aliens an advantage in Congress and in the Electoral College.

Democrats talk about voter disenfranchising all the time. Weird they never bring up all the voters who’s representatives are cancelled out by the extra reps that illegal immigration gives some states.

The “read” isn’t that facts matter & people should be held to account. It isn’t that a university shouldn’t use it’s own “experts” to solve a problem those same “experts” created. No, it’s that it’s “bad” libs listened to conservatives who were right. Insanity.
