Leaving aside the politics of @BJP4India and @INCIndia, the case of Meenakshi Natarajan represents a complete travesty of justice and fair play by the entire system, cutting across all pillars of democracy. ✅ The Returning Officer rejected her nomination in blatant violation of Section 33A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with Section 210 & 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. ✅ On 11.06.2026, despite fervent pleas made by @DrAMSinghvi, @ECISVEEP sat on the judgment, and the Supreme Court declined to intervene even for a day till proper hearing. With no interim order by the Apex Court or the ECI, the Returning Officer declared the result! ✅ The matter was heard by the Supreme Court this forenoon. However, without examining the apparent illegality in the Returning Officer's order, the petition was dismissed in terms of the attached order on the ground that Article 329 bars judicial intervention after the declaration of results and that only an Election Petition can now be filed. ✅ While the fate of the case was effectively sealed when the Supreme Court declined to stay the declaration of the result, it was surprising to hear a legal luminary of Mr. Mukul Rohatgi's stature argue that the description of an entry in Form 26 overrides Section 33A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951!! ✅ Let me attempt to demonstrate why that contention is untenable. Form 26 was prescribed under Rule 4A of the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961, which themselves derive their authority from the Representation of the People Act, 1951. Yet it was implicitly argued that Entry 5(ii) of Form 26 overrides Section 33A of the parent statute!! ✅ Moreover, even after Section 33A and Rule 4A were introduced in August–September 2002, @SpokespersonECI, through its letter dated 10.09.2012, categorically clarified that Entry 5(ii) covers only those cases in which cognizance has been taken by a competent court. That condition was clearly not applicable in the case of @MNatarajanINC. ✅ Appearing virtually from London, Mr. Rohatgi argument, that a candidate's right to contest elections is merely a statutory right and not afundamental right, may hold relevance in normal circumstances. However, this was no ordinary case. By adopting a perverse interpretation of Section 33A, the Returning Officer descended to the nadir of partisan conduct and effectively denied the candidate the equal protection of the law guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution. In this case, Section 210 read with 223 of BNSS makes it conclusively fall beyond the purview of Entry 5(ii) of Form 26. I would be happy to be corrected by anyone looking at facts and laws objectively. I am sure that @sardesairajdeep @_YogendraYadav @KapilSibal @adrspeaks @Mukul_Rohatgi @harishsalvee et al will appreciate that, by not intervening in time, #GyaneshKumar led ECI and the top court just let the case shift from Article 32 to Article 329 and the Returning Officer hide under it.
J Mishra; you are relying on ECI order for a remedy under article 32. Mylords should not allow this injustice to go on. Order: petitioner challenges order passed by RO rejecting her nomination on 9.6.26 for Rajya Sabha seats in the byeelections for MP. petitioner being a candidate belonging to INC submitted her nomination however it has been rejected by impugned order on grounds that nomination papers filed by her in the form 26 she didn't disclose the court case, thereby filling incomplete affidavit. it is also mentioned that the court has taken cognisance of compliant filed and summons have also been issued for her to appear therefore the case is pending before the court and petition filed her writen statement before magistrial corut and therefore she has full knowledge. the petitioner after impugned order was passed by RO, she approached ECI however no orders have been passed despite filing written representation and arguring in person before ECI. Dr Singhi would submit at the outset that the bar under 329 is not attracted for the reasons as petitioner desires completiion of election process in fair manner and filing this petition she has no purpose to disturb the election process.

Food for Thought for Maha Maanav ji, True, India's first prime minister, Jawahar Lal Nehru committed many serious blunders--some out of ignorance, some out of complacency, some because of Macaulay-influenced intellectual orientation, and many because he had disdain for Hindu heritage and culture! Nehru ji died nearly six decades ago. And yet you continue cursing him to prove your superiority! Modi ji, have you by any chance noticed that: 1) EVEN TODAY, there are countless Indians who revere Nehru. 2) Numerous intellectuals and academics who write praise-worthy books, articles/research papers on him. 3) He nurtured close friendships with many top intellectuals of the day; 4) He could interact with global leaders with dignity. He never embarrassed India on the global stage due to his personality disorders, as you too often do. 5) Nehru built several institutions that provided quality education, even though to churn out globally competitive Macaulay Putras and Putris. 6) Nehru's cabinet consisted of several stalwarts whom the country remembers with reverence even today. Modi ji, can you name: a) Even one credible institution you built that India can be proud of? Hope you will not name the farcical Prime Minister's Museum you built at Teen Murti House as your great contribution! b) Even one notable person--who will stand up to defend you, let alone write glowing tributes when you lose power or after you are gone--whether among your terrorised party colleagues, or your ministerial rubber stamps? c) Even one among your Cabinet colleagues who will be remembered with respect by posterity? d) Even one person, whom you truly consider a dear and close friend, and who has the guts to give you sane advice and truthful feedback? e) Even one among the large brigade of Godi Media who will remember you with respect or defend you against opponents? f) Even one among the grovelling academics, whom you have given plum jobs to in universities, colleges and research institutions, to write a credible history of your regime that anyone would want to read? g) Even one judge who will defend the indignities you imposed on the judiciary to make them deliver servile judgements? h) Or even one among your bureaucrats whom you have pampered silly in return for obeying your dictates blindly, to stand up publicly and defend your lawless regime? Even #PornPeddler_AmitMalviya, whom you appointed as the all-powerful image builder for you and your party, is he likely to waste a couple of minutes on you after you lose power? Given the nature of his "expertise", within minutes, he would start with other lucrative clients!

Year 2012: 2 Italian Marines killed 2 Indian fishermen. They were arrested and brought to Kochi, criminal and terror case were run. India stood up against Italy and EU, case went to international arbitration. Finally in 2020, Indians Supreme Court closed the case as Italy promised to run a criminal case against them and paid ₹10 cr as compensation to the families of fishermen. Year 2026 3 Indians have been killed by US, Modi remains silent. He is busy thanking Trump and ironically he questioned Congress on Italian marines. India was really a superpower during UPA.

> My name is Khan, > I am from India. > I am a Muslim. > I help 10 lakh poor children study online & ofline for just ₹200 and get them big government jobs. > I opened the world's lowest-cost hospital for the poor, and that is my crime, "Today, all the national media of India is after me. The people who should have spoken against the Indian government and raised the voice of the poor common people are instead after me. India's national media's biggest enemy right now is a teacher. India's famous teacher Khan Sir (Faizal Khan) is. The one who has produced the highest number of State Police and SI Police officers. Khan Sir teaches for only ₹200 and helps children from poor families get the highest number of government jobs. He teaches those poor families whose parents cannot even afford to buy clothes for their children and cannot properly feed them. Khan Sir opened a hospital for the poor by teaching in coaching institutes. Where poor people get a blood test for ₹7. An X-ray for ₹35. An ECG for ₹100. An MRI for ₹300. A CT scan examination for ₹900. As a teacher, Khan Sir is providing so many facilities to the poor from his own money, which the government should have done. Khan Sir is going to open a very big college for the poor, where children from poor families will study at the lowest cost in the world and receive excellent education. There, library, food, everything will be available to children for ₹10. Today, Khan Sir is being trolled the most in India. The Indian national media, which does not show the courage to ask even a single question to the Indian government Mr Modi, No matter how many problems there are in the country - corruption, pollution, exam paper leaks - they do not ask any questions, but today they are after Khan Sir. Is the government's crime so little that he is charging only ₹200 to provide education to the poor? He is providing expensive hospital tests to the poor at the lowest prices in the world. Is there any teacher in the world who teaches children for ₹200 and helps them get government jobs? Khan Sir should open his branches globally - America, Canada, UK, London - and teach children at the lowest fees in the world. At present, only his thousands of students are there to support Khan Sir, who are ready to give their lives for him. All the other people are busy trying to prove him anti-government. Everyone wants a teacher like Khan Sir to go to jail. Do you know Khan Sir...?

An actual, CERT-in Empanelled Auditor gave a Security Clearance, in WA/PT to Coempt's OneX platform for BPUT. As per HT report. It took tirth a single endpoint to change the master password. Full Admin Access. India is in danger, from CERT-in's incompetence.
New day, new pwn 🫠 “Certified secure” lore just got funnier. Reports said Coempt gave CBSE cybersecurity certificates linked to OneX/BPUT/pre-production context not clearly CBSE’s actual OnMark production system. So I looked at OneX too, and guess what? Critical vulnerability found. Direct super admin access without OTP, verification, approval flow, hardcoded master password, brute force, credential stuffing, or social engineering. Just broken access control at the worst possible privilege level. Reported responsibly, and CERT-In along with the concerned team moved fast to get it patched. a certificate from some other scope or environment does not mean your real production ecosystem is secure. Audit scope matters. Production security matters more. #CBSE #OSM #ONMARK #COEMPT #CYBERSECURITY

Please don’t hide from the fact that NEET paper leak , CBSE corruption & fiasco & gross economic mismanagement are unpardonable inefficiencies & culpability of this government. These are the issues which affect the youth of this nation. Sir, by this rant , you are just trying to protect your position of power & privilege which also entails fooling people by misinformation campaign and propaganda , which your ecosystem is expert at . But now the choice is between protecting your selfish interest & interest of nation . People have to take an informed choice and in such condition anyone trying to expose your shortcomings, inefficiencies , diversion , propaganda & corruption are doing national duty . Don’t colour them with bad intentions . The sooner you understand , the better it is . Public has selflessly protected your interest with complete faith on you for long . But your party has cheated the nation . Public wants an answer from you . Please be earnest and humbly do course correction .

My sincere advise to Indian investors. I gain nothing by saying this. 12 years did nothing for you as investors. Check the returns, adjust it in USD CAGR. The returns are dismal. You are basically witnessing financial repression. In this decade: middle class lost its financial ability to send kids abroad, travel abroad. Give it 1 more decade: you will see serious deterioration in quality of goods we consume. There is NOTHING you can do. This is happening. And, will keep happening. The only thing in your control is your decision: on how you invest your available capital. If you are upper middle class, please open a foreign brokerage account. Invest. You will say: oh you want to sell us your course? oh bhai, don't buy anything, it is fine. Just go and invest in QQQ/S&P 500 whatever you like. Go to better, more transparent markets. You don't have to do this with your already invested money. Whatever new money you are making, make better calls with it. Only invest in Indian stocks when they go super cheap. I am saying all this because:- I don't want hard working fellow folks to get absolutely bankrupt in the name of investing in "hope". You're hardworking you absolutely deserve a much better life.

Now that India has flooded the world with FFMGs (Fake Foreign Medical Grads) we must rely on other means to exclude impostor doctors. The US has two main defenses against impostors: 1. US doctors must complete a supervised US residency. Unfortunately, this residency requirement has been eliminated in 19 states, including mine. 2. Our second and final safeguard is the licensing exam. Almost all US doctors must eventually pass the three parts of the USMLE (US Medical Licensing Exam.) Unfortunately, exam fraud is as simple as hiring a ringer to take the test for you (he needs to look vaguely like the picture on your driver's license) and avoiding the test centers that check fingerprints. (Grok summary attached.) Or, impostors could obtain the questions in advance, from insiders or from earlier test takers. If this sounds like a conspiracy theory, well, it already happened, and you will never guess where. In 2024, hundreds of scores were invalidated due to leaked questions in Nepal (an Indian suburb) and to anomalous high scores at international centers in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Jordan. The statistically-unlikely scores were eventually blamed on early exam takers sharing the questions in WhatsApp groups. In other news, you can take the first 2 parts of the US medical licensing exam in India. Then you can start practicing medicine in the USA. Your Indian doctor might be a resident who purchased his Indian medical diploma then purchased the US licensing exam questions and took the test in India. Fortunately, Part 3 of the exam, which must be passed at some point during residency, can only be taken inside the USA. So we can breathe easy, right? Well, not exactly. The US medical licensing exam is written and scored by two organizations. The first is the FSMB (Federation of State Medical Boards) whose president and CEO is.... wait for it.... Dr. Humayun Chaudhry. The other organization that writes and scores the US medical licensing exam is the NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners.) NBME's Chairman of the Board is.... wait for it... Dr. Reena Karani. That's her picture below, and why yes, she does happen to be Indian. The physical testing centers are managed by a company called Prometric, whose Chief Products and Technology officer is.... wait for it.... Jay Chakrapani Are you seeing the problem with our safeguards against fake doctors? grok.com/share/c2hhcmQtMw_5f…
This actually happened. It's not an X hoax. 100,000 is a huge number, and Grok says the true number is thought to be as high as one million. The USA was probably their top destination. On Dec 10, 2025, India seized 100,000 forged diplomas from 22 universities. The Indian government know the names of the fake degree holders. Many were medical degrees, some were nursing or engineering. The US State Department must demand the names of all fake Indian degree holders. Then they must be expelled from the USA, or imprisoned. If India won't provide the list, then we must expel all Indians who were admitted or hired on the basis of Indian credentials. If you disagree, then you want to children to die from preventable medical errors or collapsing bridges.

Two economists just published a mathematical proof that AI will destroy the economy. Not might. Not could. Will — if nothing changes. The paper is called "The AI Layoff Trap." Published March 2, 2026. Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Boston University. Peer reviewed. Mathematically modeled. The conclusion is one sentence. "At the limit, firms automate their way to boundless productivity and zero demand." An economy that produces everything. And sells it to nobody. Here is how you get there. A company fires 500 workers and replaces them with AI. A competitor fires 700 to keep up. Another fires 1,000. Every company is behaving rationally. Every company is following the incentives correctly. And every company is building a trap for itself. Because the workers who were fired were also customers. When they lose their jobs faster than the economy can absorb them, they stop spending. Consumer demand falls. Companies respond by cutting costs — which means automating more workers — which means less spending — which means more falling demand — which means more automation. The loop has no natural exit. The researchers tested every proposed solution. Universal basic income. Capital income taxes. Worker equity participation. Upskilling programs. Corporate coordination agreements. Every single one failed in the model. The only intervention that worked: a Pigouvian automation tax — a per-task levy charged every time a company replaces a human with AI, forcing them to price in the demand they are destroying before they pull the trigger. No government has implemented this. No major economy is seriously discussing it. Meanwhile the numbers are already tracking the curve. 100,000 tech workers laid off in 2025. 92,000 more in the first months of 2026. Jack Dorsey fired half of Block's workforce and said publicly: "Within the next year, the majority of companies will reach the same conclusion." Nobody is doing anything wrong. Companies are following their incentives perfectly. That is exactly the problem. Rational behavior. At scale. Simultaneously. With no mechanism to stop it. Two economists built the math. The math leads to one place. Source: Falk & Tsoukalas · Wharton School Boston University ·

In today’s developments on Mantri Pradhan’s Ministry of Scandals, the answer sheets of 2 million CBSE Grade 12 students have been shown to be available in the public domain. This is a data breach of monumental proportions and it compromises the privacy of 2 million students. The incompetence and callousness of COEMPT is once again exposed. This the very same company which the CBSE gave the contract to after fiddling with the technical specifications in the RFP, likely to benefit COEMPT. The answer sheets that have emerged also bear folds and drop shadows - which are associated with scans made via mobile phones rather than scanning machines. We know that the third RFP dropped the specification for a robotic scanner. The question then is what kind of scanners did COEMPT eventually use? Why are the scans of such poor quality?
CBSE people didn't configure their AWS bucket properly and now we can paginate & enumerate all their media which has 2026 answersheets & question papers. ListObjectsV2 works without any auth and the bucket root is listable too — anyone on the internet can download any scanned booklet — across institutions. Multiple institutions are using the same bucket, insanely insecure.
