I watched the presidential debate, not to help me decide. I decided quite a long while ago. That was a true and utter disappointment. It was a mess, the likes of which, I can't recall in all my years. I don't need or want another one. #election2020

Should all designers be taught basic facilitation (how to lead a conversation) skills?
So many are against it (that's not *design*) - but unless you are the decision maker (rare), u need facilitation! Otherwise, odds of your ideas getting out into the world are low. #design
