🤔 ❓ What happened on #November9, that it is now known as the “fateful day” in #Germanhistory? Even though it is not a public holiday, it is still a day of remembrance and commemoration. Let’s go back in time and see which events took place since 1848. #UnitedAndFree

And getting the same reaction as George Osborne did at London 2012
Looking forward to Trump opening the 2028 Olympics.

11/11 Gaza has been made unlivable. Those with power to change the situation lack the will or courage to do so. Humanitarian assistance is not the solution to political failures. These atrocities must end, ICJ measures implemented, and perpetrators held to account. #CeasefireNOW

Anyone else wondering how 71 million humans look at the choices and decide the orange racist rapist criminal is the better option?

Latest NASA global temperature data. Earth has never been hotter since Homo sapiens discovered agriculture in the early Holocene. Likely even since 120,000 years ago. Fossil coal, oil and gas emissions caused it. We need to stop making it worse. Yes, we can if we want to. 🧵

🎵 A top soprano has warned Britain risks losing its entire classical music industry due to post-Brexit red tape blocking UK artists from touring in the EU. 🎤 Labour promised to“improve trade and investment relations with the EU… to help our touring artists”, after years of chaos. 🎶 In a powerful intervention, English soprano Rachel Nicholls warned that “unless we are very careful, we are going to lose our entire classical music industry in this country”. independent.co.uk/news/uk/po…

This week I'm paying someone £15 an hour to pick up the horse shit from my fields. It's an important job for my horses' health, but totally unskilled. And that's all @uhbtrust think their FY1s (qualified doctors) are worth per hour for overtime.
These new extra-contractual rates in @uhbtrust are abysmal. The average hourly rate for a plumber is £50 per hour. For an emergency plumber it is £112.50 with a £110 call out fee. Massive withdrawal of locums is the only answer to this.

I have some real concerns about what another Trump presidency means for women in this country — and I wanted to share some of my thoughts. If this resonates with you, send this video to every single person you know and remind them what’s at stake in this election.

The Conservatives took the NHS from the lowest waiting times and highest patient satisfaction to the worst crisis in its history. They should be saying sorry, not seeking scapegoats. This extraordinary attack on a dedicated public servant is beneath contempt.

Have you considered not releasing 50 million non-native game birds into our ecosystem each year in order to shoot them, and going for a walk instead?
The value of shooting?👇 It brings friends and communities together, helping people to enjoy the fresh air whilst at the same time keeping active. Delivering a positive mental health boost for hundreds of thousands. Shooting's social side!👏 #WorldMentalHealthDay
