In order to test the #NewEuropeanBauhaus Compass (NEBC) as a framework for heritage activation that integrates European Green Deal and NEB principles, an online survey structured by NEB values and principles was developed. ⭐️ #HeritACT adapts the NEBC to explore different heritage activation projects that align with its values and working principles through a Study Map Tour. What do we mean by cultural #heritage? 🌈 In #HeritACT heritage is seen as a sort of ‘catalyst of everydayness’ for people, a ‘unifying hub’ that creates value for community life, and that recruits different forms of knowledge from the arts, the humanities and the new digital technologies. A Digital Adventure in #Eleusis with #HERIcraft! Students from the 2nd Elementary School of Eleusis had a unique experience with the HeritACT team, who visited their classroom and transformed it into a digital, sustainable world inspired by their favorite game, Minecraft! 🖥️🌍

The children had the chance to explore Eleusis digitally, interact, and (re)create structures based on city landmarks and monuments of industrial heritage. In the HERIcraft environment, they engaged in mini-games, learning about the values of the New European Bauhaus while interacting with classmates, seamlessly blending play with learning! 🎮🤝
