Having a party this weekend and I’m making a fusion Texas bbq x Thai sandwich. Slow smoked chuck turned into a Thai Larb style bbq sandwich. The chuck will get pulled apart and tossed with a fish sauce/lime sauce, topped with a Larb style shallot and cabbage slaw, fish sauce/sambal aioli, and served on a Texas toast made from brioche.
