As for the defensive spread, MM's are carefully managing trades in the normal way. However, the bid has now ticked up and you can trade inside the limits. This just needs one or two buys to get things moving. Time will tell.

Clinical progress does not happen without patients willing to step forward during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
