Breaking News: Nigerian billionaire Abdul Samad Rabiu’s son, Khalifa Rabiu, is set to receive approximately ₦13.2 billion ($9.6 million) as dividend from BUA Foods Plc.
This follows the company’s approval of its largest dividend payout in history for the 2025 financial year, which more than doubles the previous year’s distribution. BUA Foods will distribute a total of ₦504 billion ($364 million) to shareholders.
Khalifa Rabiu holds 473.6 million shares, representing a 2.63% stake in the company. His father, Abdul Samad Rabiu, who owns a commanding 92.64% stake, is expected to pocket around ₦467 billion ($337.3 million) from the payout.
