@icommsza a discussion we often have and need to continue having - paper rejection, bad reviews etc. - it is not a reflection on you but the version of work and we all get it- even the A rated scholars!
Rejection in #academia can seem personal because "someone, usually a total stranger, is judging your work." However, rejection can actually be a positive thing - if you let it. The author provides 6 tips on how to manage the inevitable rejections. bit.ly/2P8zmEr
