I had the honor of meeting Gov Jim Hunt on his farm while doing photos for Lt Gov Rachel Hunt’s campaign. He shook my hand with an iron grip. He was tickled to know my grandfather. Jim Hunt is an NC icon and the state is better off because of him. Rest easy Governor. #ncpol

In newly released campaign finance reports, we've learned that Duke Energy contributed $100,000 to the effort to overthrow last year's state supreme court election in North Carolina.
And it was completely legal for them to do so, all because a group of lawmakers in our state legislature moved fast to change the law to make it legal.
