Great session this morning with my lovely coauthor @Sarah_CSR presenting our research project at #IABS2023 on how a generative AI such as GPT3 can moderate hate speech and empower the ( silent) voice of those users who de-legitimize hate speech but are within a spiral of silence.

Our study finally has an issue/number! It highlights the importance of asking "when" (rather than if) social media influences legitimacy; it urges to focus on the tipping point of attention/refraction of a legitimacy evaluation (rather than only its sentiment). Enjoy👇!
