यूपी में परीक्षा पेपर लीक पर जीरो टॉलरेंस वो चीज है जिसे त्रिवेणी कॉन्क्लेव के क्रिएटर्स ने उठाया और बड़े शासन की कहानी में जितना श्रेय मिलना चाहिए उससे कम मिलता है। पेपर लीक सिर्फ कानून-व्यवस्था की विफलता नहीं है। यह पूरी एक पीढ़ी के लिए एक बयान है कि जिस व्यवस्था में वो काम कर रहे हैं वो ईमानदार है या नहीं। जब परीक्षा लीक होती है तो हर वो छात्र जिसने सालों ईमानदारी से तैयारी की वो कीमत चुकाता है। यूपी के जीरो टॉलरेंस के फैसले ने वो संदेश पलट दिया। सख्ती से लागू। राजनीतिक सुविधा के लिए कोई अपवाद नहीं। और नतीजा यह कि यूपी की विशाल युवा आबादी एक ऐसी व्यवस्था में काम करने लगी है जो उन्हें उल्टी बात कहती है। कि तैयारी मायने रखती है। कि मैदान बराबर हो रहा है। यही है सुशासन अपने सबसे सीधे रूप में उस पीढ़ी पर लागू जो तय करेगी कि यूपी आगे क्या बनता है। #TriveniUPconclave

मैं उस महाराष्ट्र की क्रिएटर के बारे में सोचता रहता हूं जो त्रिवेणी कॉन्क्लेव में यूपी आई, विकास खुद देखा और कैमरे पर कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में भी योगी जी चाहिए। वो लाइन इसलिए सफर करती है क्योंकि उसमें बहुत कुछ है। वो अपने औद्योगिक इतिहास, अपने बुनियादी ढांचे, अपनी राजनीतिक पहचान वाले राज्य से है। उसके पास प्रभावित होने की कोई खास वजह नहीं थी और घर से तुलना में यूपी को कमतर आंकने की हर वजह थी। और उसने ऐसा नहीं किया। त्रिवेणी के तीनों स्तंभों में उसने जो देखा वो था सही क्रम में सोचा गया शासन। पहले सुशासन, जिसने वो स्थिर माहौल बनाया जिस पर बाकी सब संभव हुआ। फिर समृद्धि, गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे से लेकर जिले के ओडीओपी कारीगर तक पहुंचने वाला निवेश और बुनियादी ढांचा। और संस्कृति जिसने पूरी चीज को एक ऐसी पहचान दी जिस पर राज्य सच में गर्व कर सके। वो यूपी किसी को खुश करने नहीं आई थी। आई क्योंकि बुलाया गया था। और एक राय बनाकर गई जो उसने सार्वजनिक रूप से और ईमानदारी से कही। यही त्रिवेणी कॉन्क्लेव का सबसे विश्वसनीय नतीजा है और यह योजना में नहीं था। यह बस तब हुआ जब किसी ने यूपी को ध्यान से देखा। #TriveniUPconclave

Here is the actual truth: The Reality: While the total lifecycle water footprint for crop cultivation (including rainfall) is around 10,790 liters, the actual ethanol factory only uses 3 to 5 liters of process water per liter of ethanol. Rice Cultivation: The remaining water is used to grow rice. Indian farmers are already cultivating rice, and we consume it daily. Rice will be grown regardless of whether it is used to produce ethanol or not. The Future: India is shifting to 2G ethanol (made from agricultural waste like cane bagasse and rice straw) and 3G ethanol (made from algae and wastewater), which will reduce freshwater usage to nearly zero. Stop the propaganda. Support clean and smart energy.

Did you know that India's FCI godowns hold 60 to 80 million tonnes of grain every year, while our actual requirement is only about 40 million tonnes? This leaves an excess of 20 to 30 million tonnes of grain sitting in warehouses for years, which often rots, gets damaged by pests, and costs the country immense resources to maintain. Ethanol is the solution to this waste. 1G ethanol is cleverly produced using this surplus grain, broken rice, maize, and sugarcane. India spends ₹12 to ₹14 lakh crore annually on crude oil imports. Increasing our ethanol blending by just 1% saves ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 crore in foreign exchange. Ethanol isn't wasting resources, it is turning surplus waste into wealth and making India self-reliant.
