Why do you pay for PS Plus? Because the value prop is high. Roblox Plus? The value prop makes no sense. What a fumble.

I've been working on a tool to help me balance a new game. It does the following:
- Runs ~500k Monte Carlo simulations
- Suggests changes that can be exported
- Combat results based on 80 builds
- Dashboard for overview of the highest lever changes

Roblox is testing burying the "Continue" sort, just like they did with Favorites.
This is to make you play games the algorithm wants, instead of what you already play.
This especially hurts because Roblox has no "Not Interested" button or way to hide things from your feed.
Do you think this is healthy for the platform? I think user choice is important.

I imagine the Windows organization within Microsoft is complex but that's no excuse for how down the drain the core experience has gone. It can't even suggest me my most used apps anymore. Complacency and bureaucracy is the end to all things good.

Fun Fact Friday: In Dungeon Heroes' original design we wanted Pets to be found inside Dungeons and captured. We had to change it because you would be capturing and all your friends would run off without you.

Honestly, what's worse is that I can't think of a single other game platform besides Youtube that has this problem. Steam? Xbox? App Store? Nope.
Those are about showing what your game is. Not a race to the bottom on creating clickbait.

Anyone know how to get VSCode to compile all files in the current directory so I don't have to specify each .c file?
I tried "${fileDirname}\\*.c", and it wasn't working for me. #gamedev

I moved over to Clang which fixed this issue. Found this handy guide that covers the steps for people. Its easy to translate to C. github.com/HolyBlackCat/cpp-…
