The Safety Route: Continuing the conversation across Colombia 🇨🇴 After launching our Perception Study on Urban Mobility Safety in Colombia together with Cifras & Conceptos, we took the conversation on the road — to Cali, Medellín, and Barranquilla. 🗣️ In each city, we met with journalists and local authorities to discuss how technology, product design, and policies shape how people experience safety in everyday mobility. 📍 In Cali, we discussed the evolution of our SuperApp and how integrated services can improve people’s experience of the app. 📍 In Barranquilla, we highlighted our insurance model and how it supports both drivers and passengers. Urban safety is never a one-size-fits-all topic. It’s shaped by local realities, public perception, and trust built over time. Conversations like these help us understand people’s actual experiences, so we can keep improving mobility in their cities. Learn more: zonacero.com/generales/tecno…

OXXO × inDrive: Bringing mobility closer to everyday life 🇲🇽 We’ve launched a pilot partnership with retail chain OXXO across 288 stores in Mérida, Cancún, and Campeche, strengthening inDrive’s presence in southeastern Mexico. Through in-store activations, digital screens, and direct communication touchpoints, we’re increasing visibility and helping more people understand how inDrive works — from price negotiation to flexible, accessible mobility. The Yucatán Peninsula has both strong local demand and tourism, making it a good place to test, learn, and scale our offerings. Building presence in everyday spaces helps us stay closer to local communities — and keep expanding to serve where people need us. emprendedor.com/indrive-oxxo…

How do AI and data help cities move smarter? 🤖🌍 At the RiseUp Summit in Cairo, Evgenia Matrosova, Chief Officer for Ride-Hailing at inDrive, shared how AI strengthens our negotiation-based marketplace — and how data helps us respond to urban needs in real time. “Our business model helps us stay closely connected to what’s really happening in the marketplace. We don’t just see completed orders or rides; we are able to track early signals, how intentions shift and how bidding behavior evolves. That insight helps us spot growing imbalances early and step in to keep things fair, before issues become visible at scale.” Technology alone doesn’t make cities smarter. Designing it around fairness, transparency, and urban challenges does. When data reflects what’s actually happening on the ground, mobility becomes more responsive — and more human.

Pakistan’s tech ecosystem is scaling fast 🇵🇰📈 Since 2019, Pakistan’s tech ecosystem has grown 4x to over $4bn in enterprise value — making it one of the fastest-growing “new frontier” markets globally. Yet despite this output, capital remains relatively limited. As the ecosystem matures, that gap creates a meaningful window for early, strategic entrants. 📊 To explore this shift, inDrive partnered with Dealroom to publish The Rapid Rise of Pakistan Tech — the first report in a new research series examining high-potential tech ecosystems beyond traditional global hubs. 💚 Why this matters Growth outside established centers is reshaping where innovation happens — and who benefits from it. Understanding these markets early helps build stronger, more balanced ecosystems over time. 🔗 Read the full report: dealroom.co/reports/the-rapi…

Football that brings people together — on and off the pitch ⚽️🇵🇪 We’ve officially signed an agreement with Liga 1, the top tier of Peruvian football organized by the Federación Peruana de Fútbol, to support the 2026 Apertura and Clausura tournaments. ✍️ The agreement was signed by Senya Andreev, Country Manager at inDrive Peru, and Fernando Corcino, President of Liga 1, formalizing a partnership that’s already active — and ready to be experienced on the pitch. 💚 For inDrive, this partnership goes beyond football. It’s about supporting local communities and the spaces where talent, passion, and opportunity come together. Just like urban mobility, football connects people. It brings communities closer, forging moments that matter in everyday life. We’re proud to be part of that journey in Peru.

AI beyond the hype; why a “black box” shouldn’t decide what’s fair for people. A new in-depth interview with our CTO, Yuri Misnik, is out on HackerNoon. The conversation looks at how we’re building an AI-first SuperApp at inDrive — with a focus on usefulness, transparency, and real impact for people. At the core of our approach is a simple principle: Technology shapes systems. Values shape how those systems serve people. For us, AI is a core capability that supports fair choice, efficiency, and trust — and scales decision-making without taking it away from people. 📖 Read the full interview: hackernoon.com/yuri-misnik-c…

inDrive has come a long way. Last week, we sent our first delegation to Davos: it was a busy few days – and a revelation. We participated in several events hosted by the Pakistani delegation, including Digital Pakistan – a session on the future of the country’s digital economy. Pakistan is quickly becoming an innovation hub, and it’s one of our most important growth markets. Then, at the launch of the Urban Advantage in the Next Economy Report & Global City Competitiveness Index, we discussed how emerging cities can leapfrog to the next phase of global growth. We also co-hosted the launch of the Global Creative Economy Institute with Super Symmetry Institute, bringing together senior leaders from finance, government, technology, culture, and philanthropy from across the Global North and South. This provides a space for relationship-building and cross-sector exchange on the evolving role of creativity in global economic systems. We left Davos with new insights, valued connections, and much to think about: in particular, the realization that emerging markets are already shaping what comes next, and companies built in these markets have critical knowledge and experience to contribute.

inDrive x Burger King: Celebrating Football Where It All Begins ⚽ While the spotlight was on global football stars, we chose a different focus: the kids no one sees. 🤝 inDrive has launched a social initiative in partnership with Burger King Morocco that celebrates football where it begins: with children playing in neighborhoods, empty lots, and streets across Morocco, without sponsors or proper equipment; sometimes without even a ball. Just passion. This choice of focus reflects who we are. Born in a small town, standing up to unfair taxi prices, inDrive has always believed that fairness matters most where it’s least visible. That’s why, during AFCON, we organized a press conference to officially introduce four young players who represent more than 1,000 children like them across Morocco. 💚 Because fairness isn’t only about what’s happening on the biggest stage. It’s about seeing people when everyone else looks away.

More ways to move daily life forward in Pakistan 🛒 We’re expanding our ecosystem with the launch of inDrive Groceries, in partnership with Krave Mart. Starting in Karachi, people can now order everyday essentials directly in the app — with fast delivery, transparent pricing, and real choice. Mobility today goes beyond rides. In Pakistan, daily movement includes how people shop, restock, and support local businesses. Bringing groceries into the app is a natural step in building a SuperApp designed for local needs, offering transport, delivery, and essentials in one place. With inDrive Groceries: — 7,500 products, from fresh produce and dairy to household essentials — 20–30 minute average delivery time — No service fees, free delivery on orders above PKR 599 — Exclusive deals and everyday low prices This launch creates more opportunities across the ecosystem — for customers, delivery partners, and local suppliers — while keeping fairness and choice at the core.
