Hiermit zeige ich als Dritter Strafanzeige an.
Sachverhalt
Am 12. Juni 2026 wurde in einer aktuellen Sendung des ZDF (öffentlich-rechtlicher Rundfunk) die Behauptung aufgestellt, Elon Musk und Tommy Robinson hätten zur „Jagd auf Migranten“ und zum „Bürgerkrieg“ aufgerufen.
Diese Sendung wird in einem X-Post (ehemals Twitter) vom selben Tag unter dem folgenden Link dokumentiert und verbreitet:

Der Post enthält ein Video der fraglichen ZDF-Sendung (verfügbar unter: video.twimg.com/amplify_vide…).
Darin wird den genannten Personen der Aufruf zu Gewalt gegen Migranten und zum Bürgerkrieg zugeschrieben.
Nach meiner Auffassung handelt es sich bei diesen Aussagen um unwahre Tatsachenbehauptungen, die geeignet sind, Elon Musk und Tommy Robinson in der öffentlichen Meinung herabzuwürdigen, ihren Ruf zu schädigen und sie der Gefahr auszusetzen, verächtlich gemacht oder verfolgt zu werden.
Die Betroffenen haben nach meiner Kenntnis keine solchen Aufrufe getätigt. Die Darstellung durch das ZDF ist daher geeignet, den Tatbestand der Verleumdung bzw. üblen Nachrede zu erfüllen.
Es handelt sich um eine Sendung eines öffentlich-rechtlichen Senders mit großer Reichweite. Die Behauptungen betreffen hochbrisante gesellschaftliche Themen (Migration, Gewalt, Bürgerkrieg). Ich sehe daher ein besonderes öffentliches Interesse an der Aufklärung und Strafverfolgung.
Rechtliche Würdigung
Die Verbreitung unwahrer Tatsachenbehauptungen, die geeignet sind, einen anderen in der öffentlichen Meinung herabzuwürdigen, erfüllt den Tatbestand der
• Verleumdung gemäß § 187 StGB (wenn die Unwahrheit bekannt oder grob fahrlässig verkannt wurde) und/oder
• üblen Nachrede gemäß § 186 StGB.
Zusätzlich kommt eine Verletzung journalistischer Sorgfaltspflichten durch einen öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender in Betracht (Rundfunkstaatsvertrag).
Als unbeteiligter Dritter zeige ich hiermit gemäß § 158 StPO an. Die genannten Delikte sind grundsätzlich Antragsdelikte (§ 194 StGB). Ich bitte jedoch, wegen des besonderen öffentlichen Interesses (falsche Berichterstattung eines öffentlich-rechtlichen Senders zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen) auch von Amts wegen zu prüfen, ob Ermittlungen eingeleitet werden können.

Ich beantrage,
1. Ermittlungen wegen Verleumdung und übler Nachrede aufzunehmen,
2. die Verantwortlichen der Sendung (Redaktion, Moderator/in, Verantwortliche des ZDF) als Beschuldigte zu vernehmen und die Sendung vollständig auszuwerten,
3. die Betroffenen (Elon Musk und Tommy Robinson bzw. ihre Vertreter) zu kontaktieren und ggf. einen Strafantrag einzuholen,
4. mich über den Fortgang des Verfahrens und das Ergebnis schriftlich zu unterrichten,
5. mir nach Abschluss der Ermittlungen Akteneinsicht zu gewähren (§ 406e StPO analog).

About Siri AI and EU:
1. Your data (gallery, messages, email, call logs, notes, files, and much more) is indexed for personal context, and that info is stored on your iPhone.
2. When you use Siri AI, the request is either handled on-device or in cloud using PCC. It’s never stored or logged on Apple’s servers. Apple does not have access to it.
Now, according to Apple, here’s what EU wants:
“According to EU regulators, the DMA requires Apple to give any AI system nearly unlimited access to a user’s device, as well as the ability to act on that access autonomously without a user’s ongoing visibility and control. That includes the ability to read and send messages, make purchases, access files, and execute actions across any app.”
What EU is asking is scary dangerous. And apparently they have rejected all the solutions proposed by Apple.
And, as hinted by Joz, “We will NOT compromise on privacy and security”, Apple is likely not going to give up, so EU users are likely not going to get Siri AI anytime soon.

It is no question that @elonmusk is the genius of our time: Tesla revolutionized electric mobility, Starlink is building global internet infrastructure, X freed free speech from censorship, now SpaceX transformed spaceflight.
The SpaceX IPO with $75 billion in capital raised and a valuation of $2.1 trillion is a turning point for American space travel. Musk built a company that developed reusable rockets and radically lowered launch costs. That is technological breakthrough at the highest level. America had long been dependent on Russia for astronaut transport—SpaceX has ended that.
The economic substance is substantial. SpaceX employs thousands of people and gave them real wealth opportunities through stock options. The IPO made 4,400 current and former employees millionaires. That is wealth generation at scale. Workers benefit from their own performance.
Starlink supports Ukraine against Russia and enables dissidents under dictatorships to communicate. Such systems only emerge through entrepreneurship with strong financial incentives. Without the prospect of massive gains, nobody takes these risks. Musk's wealth is the result of genuine value creation—four revolutionary industries simultaneously.

The artist shared his own stylized drawings of Lara Croft with a curvier look, showing the difference between his designs and what is allowed in official projects.

Aerith and Tifa's roles as FF7's dual heroines are reflected in the choices they make at the story's most important crossroads.
After the Temple of the Ancients, Aerith chooses to leave Cloud behind and go to the City of the Ancients to pray for Holy, putting the Planet's survival above her personal desires. That decision ultimately leads to Holy and the lifestream stopping Meteor, thus preventing the destruction of the world.
In Mideel, Tifa is faced with a different choice. She can join the others in gathering the Huge Materia or remain with the near-comatose Cloud. She chooses Cloud. That decision ultimately leads to the Lifestream Sequence, where she helps him reconstruct his true identity and return to the fight, enabling him to defeat Sephiroth.
Nobody else could cast Holy except Aerith; she's the last Cetra.
Nobody else could help Cloud piece himself back together except Tifa; only she knew the real Cloud well enough to navigate his memories.
Neither one is more important than the other. Their contributions are different, but both are indispensable.
One heroine protects the Planet. The other heroine restores the hero.
FF7 needs both.

Shift Up CEO Kim Hyung-tae just confirmed Evie from Stellar Blade is 23-25 years old.
Yet certain people are still calling fans “pedophiles” for finding her attractive — because she looks young and athletic.
Newsflash: Liking a fit woman in her mid-20s is not pedophilia.
This outrage is extremely selective. Classic JRPGs have featured plenty of heavily fanservice-designed characters who are much younger than Evie:
