John and ICE Head Chef Barney recently spent the day breaking down a beautiful 60 day dry aged ex-dairy British cow, creating 20 exceptionally marbled steaks. These limited steaks will be served exclusively on Father’s Day, Sunday 21st June, at ICE.

It was a pleasure to host the Cambscuisine Bake Off at ICE Cook School yesterday. Attendees enjoyed a demonstration session from pastry chef Michelle Gillott before putting their skills to the test and creating some incredible pastry-based creations of their own.
