Research shows that if a student studies regionally, then there is a 70% chance that they will continue to live and work in the same area.

Why must the way teachers work change? Perhaps it is sectors & systems needing to change to address attendance decline, growing digital divide, inequality,online learning and AI, declining resilience in adolescents,lack of employment,limited transitions etc. What will leaders do?
