When @MassAGO had an opportunity to prevent Question 1 from appearing on the ballot, during her office’s ballot question vetting process, @MassAGO chose to approve Question 1, exactly as is, over the clearly stated constitutional objections raised by the Senate. I hope @MassAGO chooses to defend Question 1, especially since it’s she who approved and green lighted its appearance on the ballot, allowing tens of thousands of voters to sign petitions so that hundreds of thousands of people could go vote for this. It takes time to work through what the abuser's done to you. Getting over gaslighting — in which the abuser taught you you're the problem — isn't easy. They had childhoods filled with shame. They developed their own tactics for dealing with it: manipulating and deflecting it.

Sometimes our depression after abuse at work come from our loss of control for what we should control (our own jobs) and having support in it. Taking back that control in our lives to use our voices and express ourselves can help.

While not all abusers have narcissistic characteristics (and could benefit from coaching), many abusers do have narcissistic traits. Look for manipulation and lack of empathy as key chracteristics.
