Ukrainian. Analyst. Data geek. Cyclist. Dog lover. Director @dzygaspaw: raised over $6M for Ukrainian Defence Forces from responsible people worldwide.
My name is Iryna. Over the past year, Iโve led Dzygaโs Paw, a Ukrainian org supplying our Defense Forces with tech, crowdfunded worldwide. We recently surpassed $4 mil in donations.
In this thread, I will share why this work is so important to me and why transparency matters.
When I found out I'd be in California for my studies at Stanford GSB, I thought it would be cool to meet some of our @dzygaspaw donors who I've never met in person. A coffee, maybe a small gathering. That small gathering turned into a full defense tech evening! ๐งต
And if you want to experience the real thing, visit Ukraine.
Our next event is in Lviv this July. Come meet the soldiers fighting at the front. Come see what your support actually does.

:) not to tell that I was visting Donbas with volunteering missions pre-2022 invasion as a student, went to schools to do programs for kids, visited Ukrainian soldiers for Christmas.
And lost my boyfriend who was KIA in 2016 near Luhansk -- didn't quite enjoy it to be honest.
โ2021 was 5 years ago, post a pic of you from 2021.โ
