Interesting, I wonder how they discovered this electric bike had excess power? Lots of friends have tweaked their electric bikes to make them quicker but if police start doing roadside checks and then prosecuting, things could get interesting..

The rider of this bike was stopped due to no lights. Then provided false details and tried to run away but was detained. Bike found to be of excess power and therefore classed as ‘motor vehicle’ - rider reported for licence and insurance offences and bike seized #MRPU #SYN1

‘90% rain’ yeah…”SWW sewage discharge this morning at StAgnes. Unbelievable. A dad just got out this arvo and said to his 3 year old ‘Best wash the sewage off…’ It is still stinking. No way am I surfing in that.
