I'm looking to sell both my iOS apps.
They make a combined total of about $340-400 MRR.
Made in React Native and Flask. 0 Maintenance. Only expense is server and some AI tokens thats <$5 a month.
Serious inquiries only. Profit margins are about 90%.

We can thank two things on this:
1) Brampton. Highest insurance rate, most accidents. 31% higher than provincial average
2) Increase Car thefts

In Toronto, car insurance costs an average of $200 a month.
That is $2,400 a year. Just for permission to drive a car sitting in your driveway. You have not moved it. You have not had an accident.
Just to say it exists.

Yes, the graphics got way better, but it’s designed to let bad people win. You get power ups, it’s basically “pay to win” with these passes, 600 configurations etc.

No wonder my @Wix app is already a month in review and apparently scheduled to review mid June (from their support team)
They just announced massive layoffs. 20% cut.

The speed at which we can write code using AI is insane.
If I would create this project I'm working on by coding it raw 100%, it would take me about 3-4 months.
With AI, its about 2 weeks

They did say up to 15 days.. but still, long!

Rumors are spreading that Github might have been compromised by hackers...
Currently this is just speculation... massive news if it ends up being true.
Nearly every software company could be affected as a result.

UPDATE: So far we've identified 639 compromised npm package versions across 323 unique packages in tonight’s Mini Shai-Hulud wave.
That includes 558 versions across 279 unique @antv packages. Most were detected within ~6 minutes of publication.

I want you to share your best marketing tactics for apps. I really need to get better at marketing, although I would prefer something technical. i.e, coding something that helps with marketing a tool vs recording/editing tiktoks.

Goal for today is finish off one of the SaaS I’ve started 2 weeks ago.
Good progress on it so far. Need to connect Stripe and finish off the core feature.
Then we’re off to the market.
