Patient at one point asked me a question, I replied “Yes ma’am.” She hadn’t quite looked at me until I said that. After she was fully engaged.

The Starr report came down in the age of the real slow internet. AP in NY secured a room for reporters to summarize it as it came up from DC, page by page. I was one. What struck me as I read it was how much of it was unfiltered rage directed at Hillary Clinton.
