Dear Liz, why do you have someone who admits to being a drug dealer as health secretary? Surely she needs to go too? She has admitted to handing out prescription medication a criminal offence. She is an unqualified buffoon. @trussliz @theresecoffey @metpoliceuk

NEW: a common response to reports of hospitals struggling this winter is "it’s no different to a bad flu season!" I’ve tracked down historical data on flu ICU admissions, including winter 2017-18, a record high. Here’s how England’s Covid winter compares to a bad flu season 📹

Nice summary of INTACT as always. And the article is correct, TXA given as 2g bolus (or 1 1) is the current practice at @RoyalLondonHosp MTC, for both Code Red (bleeding) and TBI patients.

Very interesting looks like children don’t spread or contract Covid at same rate as adults. May be schools could go back to normal? What is more risky thick and wierd kids or Covid?
It's time for another quick update on paediatric #COVID19 evidence! Most new information is about transmission so we'll focus on that for now. It's pretty interesting! Lets take a look... #FOAMed #tweetorial 1/9
