The NCAA is expected to finalize an expansion of the men’s and women’s tournaments to 76 teams soon after the completion of this year’s March Madness tournament, per Yahoo Sports' @RossDellenger.
Barring something unforeseen, “it will happen,” a high-placed source told Dellenger.
The proposal would add eight games to the First Four, with 24 teams playing in an opening round before advancing into the second round.

MLB deserves a lot of credit for some of the rule changes they’ve implemented the past few years to improve the sport. Compare it to the NBA, whose 65 game min for awards, in-season tourney, play-in games, tanking rules, etc. have all basically flopped. Good stuff from MLB.

We live in a time in CBB where teams openly tamper with opposing players during the season, and the NCAA turns a blind eye.
Here, the NCAA suspends 6 players for using a meal plan while living off campus? In today’s landscape? Once again, an absolute joke.

Wofford head coach Dwight Perry was fired because six players were using their meal plans while living off-campus, per Jeff Goodman.
The players received "impermissible benefits" ranging from $84 to $108.

Wofford also firing Perry for this is incomprehensible. Even suspending him would’ve been ridiculous.
He is a good coach and well-liked by many. The vendetta against him is strange.

Not pretending to know it all, but even internal conflict is absolutely no reason to terminate your successful HC and AHC this close to the season.
