I probably shouldn’t give this one away, but fuck it Here’s how you can easily boost your Trustpilot rating with one simple email Whether you run an ecom brand or a dropshipping store, your Trustpilot rating matters a lot as you scale Last month, we had 4000 searches on Google for our Trustpilot reviews If it was rated 1 star, we could’ve lost 4,000 potential customers. You’ve probably seen other brands with insane reviews and wondered “How is there barely any bad reviews?” Here’s how: Set up an email flow in Klaviyo to send 1-2 weeks after purchase (depends on your average shipping time) Keep the email short and ask the customer about their experience Add an image with 4 smiley faces: • Very unhappy 😡 • Unhappy 😕 • Happy 🙂 • Very happy 😁 Link each face: - Unhappy faces → Your website review page (manual publish) - Happy faces → Your Trustpilot page This way: You can deal with negative feedback privately and positive reviews go straight to Trustpilot, boosting your rating Want the video full video breakdown image design? Comment "TRUST" and i will send it over hope this helps

AI just lowered the barrier to entry for ecom even more its incredible to me within the space of 1 year ai has made every single part of ecom 10x easier literally all you need is claude, nano banana & kling to get to multi 6 figures a month especially with CPG brands Not that it wasn't already but product is becoming more important than ever People who were already good operators will become even better through utilising these tools to become more efficient when launching new brands/products The floor has been raised to a point that anyone can start in ecom and hit 100k months in no time with no real effort The real winners will find their edge through unit economics & LTV beyond just pre selected sub box

is literally everything doing some sort of greyhat/blackhat rebilling nowadays?? every sub brand i go to check, doing 8 figs are editing checkout subscription text or on the front end not making the subscription clear at all crazy rebilling, buy 3 get 3 free but instead of billing every 6 months they do it every month (obviously lol) even seen big big brands talk about how their supplements literally cure cancer with the most INSANE creatives no wonder all consumers are scared to sub to legit brands

Still something that i see far too often is people getting caught up in media buying & how you HAVE to setup your ad account The structure will only have impact from an efficiency and data analysis standpoint imo i personally dont think a change in setup from ASC -> ABO for example, will massively swing your account in any meaningful direction Keep things simple What we have found to be most effective is test completely new formats or creative batches inside an ABO - If winner we would dupe into CBO and continue to scale in ABO until it picked up spend in CBO Then we would turn off in ABO Still of the opinion that you only need 1 CBO to scale But instead of launching in a single CBO with min spends which would usually not result in anything We just consistently test new batches in ABO each week

Easy way to spy on competitors in your niche And figure out: - What their most effective landing pages are - What types of creatives are running to each lander - See full funnel overview Not sure many people know about this but on tryatria .com You can segment a brands creative by landing page See a % breakdown of where they are sending traffic to and what creatives are going to each of these Can easily see where most spend is being allocated That you can use as a framework when your building out your landers From there I like to segment each lander by image so I can see where they are sending TOF style traffic to

some lessons learned after semi successful q4 - negotiate solid payment terms on stock - be on as many channels as possible - lock down top creators on brand exclusive retainers - ABO Testing, CBO Scale - all you need - have backups of everything (banks, ad accounts, payment processors, VA's) - Forecast stock & order raw materials to reduce lead times - Go heavier on offer statics (ultime capture period, take advantage especially if you have competitors) - Test offers in October - Increase prices & charge more for shipping in December Defo could've done double this if we had more stock and more balls to scale This year we are aiming for £10m Good luck in 2026 everyone!

If you are not negotiating payment terms as someone who fulfills from China you're losing out one of the biggest reasons why we done so well this Q4 was arranging payment terms on new stock rather than paying full amount then waiting 3 weeks for stock to be manufactured creating slower cash conversion cycle was able to stock up massively on raw materials at 20% deposit this also reduced lead times from 21 days to 5-7 days since raw materials were waiting with supplier If you are at decent scale this is 100% something you should negotiate

Scaling to millions per month, especially in Q4 is mainly down to how much balls you have and if you have any limiting beliefs on how much you can scale to after every q4 i realise i shouldve ordered 10x the stock, run budgets way higher early on even after an objectively successful q4 for most i leave it, almost feeling like it was a failure
