Wow… The Swatch x AP was $4,387 yesterday morning. Now they’re selling for $1,200. Thats a 72% crash in 24 hours. People camped 8 days and fought in the streets for these. Once Swatch confirmed they’re producing millions, the prices started tanking.

Codex explaining to me how the 100k lines of rust it generated works
•Trump doesn't know Chinese • Xi doesn't speak English and always communicates through translators • The translators aren't nearby
Community note
The video is cropped; wider shots show translators standing beside Trump and Xi. x.com/FactualGraphic… x.com/tweet_kune_do/…

Who you talking to? The broccoli?
Stopped wearing AirPods while grocery shopping because it’s antisocial, doesn’t matter if everyone else is doing it, you have to start with yourself.

Went to a coffee shop in Sweden on a Sunday recently. Bought some tea and a pastry. Then sat down and opened my laptop to do some work. Few minutes later staff came by. - We don't allow computers on weekends - Oh...

Are you wallmaxxing, anon?
staring at a wall for 15-30 minutes a day makes you LOVE DOING HARD WORK. it resets your dopamine baseline, reduces artificial dopamine spikes, and makes tasks that would otherwise feel BORING feel engaging again.

Codex 5.4 is wilder than Codex 5.3 and earlier, not as careful. I have an MCP for stuff it's allowed to do on a VM. Something didn't work. Instead of saying this to me it just searched my machine for the SSH key, SSH:ed in and fixed it. I like full auto but this is too much..

I've had this strange behavior a few times now. Codex finishes, I ask it a question, it starts thinking again, then it suddenly stops and responds with what is essentially previous response. @thsottiaux

Show him Cursor. He bought it? Good, make everything good in Cursor cost extra. Make him pay it, then launch Claude Code. Wait for him to buy Claude Max, then launch Codex with 2x usage limits and superior performance. Make it shit in UI/UX so he has to still pay for Claude.

In Codex (terminal), please make it easier to change approvals. If you have queued several messages, you cannot really change approvals without removing the message, do /approvals, then add the messages back. @OpenAIDevs

Not that impressed with new multi-agent system in Codex. Have had many cases where it's harder to communicate with the agent(s) and it sits on some processing making no progress for very long.
