2 weeks in a row now where our @imperfect_foods order was marked as delivered but was never actually delivered and I'm out $120 for a week until I get refunded AFTER I have to contact support. I can't rely on #imperfectproduce any more as our main source of food.
I've been waiting for days to be able to order from @amazonprimenow. I was finally able to pick a delivery time and I get a notification that it was unable to be delivered because nobody was there to verify I was over 21... Nobody even tried to reach me.

I love when my @RenttheRunway courier couldn't be bothered to deliver my clothes and just left it on the street for all of Brooklyn to take.

How many times do I have to call @RenttheRunway customer support with "higher than usual wait times" for it to be normal wait times. Literally 1 hour each time.
