Second day that I’ve woke up and found @OctopusEnergy has not charged the car despite everything working. @myenergiuk zappi is working and the octopus app says preparing juice and Smart Control ready but never sets a schedule it seems - can we longer rely on Smart Control?

Been waiting since Tuesday for @parcelforce to deliver a card from @MoonpigUK for a 50th birthday. Birthday was yesterday and card was still out for delivery. Then status changed to property inaccessible - which is quite frankly the most ridiculous excuse if you knew my house

Dreadful service at @MetroBank_Help Newport road in Cardiff. Advised to bring ID in for opening charities account - just driven an hour after not getting through on the telephone to be told you have to come back another day as you have to be booked in. So that’s 3 hours wasted

Thanks @StagecoachWales - x24 20:40 from British school close told me he wasn’t the Newport bus and it was coming / it was the bus! Waste of day ticket purchased as you can’t get return and now in a taxi to make the train

Don’t rush @HalifaxBank whatever you do - would have hoped when someone’s card gets damaged you made a priority (days not weeks) so they can can access cash in the Welsh valleys - I’m not paying £9 bus ride at a time and a day off work work to get it from closest branch

Whose idea was it to close most of the car park at Newport station morning without letting anyone know? @transport_wales @networkrail add insult to injury jnoone is told until they get to guys in hi vis and then everyone has to carefully try and turn round to seek alternatives

Started dental treatment with a private dentist in wales this week in the absence of being able to see an nhs dentist since I moved here - what should have cost be £270 is 7 times that - I had to remortgage my home to be able to do it (and I haven’t had a mortgage in 10 years)
