I look at home service websites all day
The ones that book jobs all have the same 5 things:
1. Phone number at the top - clickable & impossible to miss
2. One clear headline that says what you do and where
3. Real photos - your truck, your crew, your work.
4. Reviews right on the homepage
5. A form with 3 fields max - name, number, how can we help
That's it
No sliders.
No animations.
No "about our journey" section.
The best home service websites aren't beautiful
They're obvious

The biggest unlock of buying an office for Stryker Digital is not the fact that I get to chill with the bros all day.
It's being able to separate work from home and home from work
Grinding in my house for four years made it feel like I could never leave work and turn my brain off or get my ass out of my desk.
I can produce double the output in the office in a smaller amount of time.
Getting to chill with the bros all day is just a positive out of this.
And it keeps my wife happier.

What separates elite operators is that they make decisions based on data rather than short-term feelings
Home service owners love to obsess over one bad month.
Revenue dipped in March so now it's panic mode. Fire the marketing guy. Cut the budget. Change everything.
Stop looking at monthly numbers and start looking at quarters.
Are you up from Q1 to Q2? Did your profit grow or did you just spend more to make the same? That's the question that actually matters.
I've seen guys double their revenue and make less money because they scaled their ad spend and hired too fast without fixing their close rate or their average ticket first.
Slow and steady wins in this industry.
Grow 10 to 15 percent per quarter. Tighten your operations. Charge more.
The guys who last 10 years in this business aren't the ones who went viral.
They're the ones who STAYED profitable.

Then you can coach them and give them feedback based on the options they gave you
