Rapido's service is turning into a joke. Riders can take OTPs and parcels disappear, while customer support keeps giving generic responses. No accountability, no professionalism, and no proper resolution. If you value your parcel and your money, think twice before trusting Rapido

Your responsibility doesn’t end the moment you assign a delivery partner — it ends only when the parcel is successfully delivered to the customer.
Rider collected the OTP, order marked delivered, but the customer never received the ₹2400 food parcel. This is a straight-up breach of trust.
Rapido, take some accountability! You are losing credibility fast.
Check this issue on PRIORITY and give @javedzohan the support he actually deserves.
If there’s no urgent human intervention here, this is fraud.

Oh this is bad. I highly doubt you will get any resolution here. A security incident happened with us, we shared a video proof but no satisfactory response. And there in app support is completely useless. You can mention @NoBotForSupport they can repost.. if that helps.
