Behind every safe delivery is a team that’s skilled, supported, and prepared. Under Project ADHUNA, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) trainings serve as core engagement platform for clinicians and paramedics to train them on evidence-based best practices and innovations to improve quality of intrapartum care. A pool of 80 Master Trainers helped us make this happen. ADHUNA has concluded its first set of CPDs in 29 districts of UP, Bihar, MP and Odisha, covering E-MOTIVE bundle to manage PPH, IV FCM to manage anaemia, and other aspects of quality care such as early breastfeeding, newer options for family planning, and effective health communication, etc. These in-person workshops create a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement across private health facilities.
