You were never meant to do this (taking care of children with special needs) alone. Find your village, ie other parents, therapists, support groups. Asking for help isn't weakness, it is wisdom. Your child needs YOU at your best. #CaregiverSupport 🎵Omukisa by Silver K

Today is #Rare_Disease_Day 2026! The theme is "More than you can imagine." Behind every "rare" label is a child with a vibrant personality, a family with unmatched strength, and a community that refuses to let them walk alone. A thread!

"Parenthood is about raising and celebrating the child you have, not the child you thought you'd have." Happy Monday to the parents who are therapists, advocates, and cheerleaders all in one. NB: Progress is measured in milestones, not just inches. #SpecialNeedsParenting
