It’s not that people expect @united to control the weather.... it’s how its handling the situation.... it’s logistics, communication, and customer support are a huge fail. 2 hour phone wait, agents on chat option start helping then stop responding? #chaos

When you do finally get on the phone the representatives are very friendly & helpful. The people on the ground are great. The higher ups/decision makers need to step it up.

The Queen has been the protagonist in “The Crown”, so naturally we feel closer to her and root for her. This last season we felt for Charles and stood with him. Now that Diana will be introduce how will we feel for these characters!? Exciting!
