There is a new WIAA state meet boys D1 boys long jump state record holder after flight 1 of the prelims today. The oldest state meet record for boys D1 is no longer. Generational talent is this young man. His support team is off the charts. Congrats @ColeZielinski27!๐๐ฅ๐ฅ

This is one of my favorite Michael Jackson moments. During his 1996 Seoul world tour, a fan climbed into the crane on the stage as it ascended. Without missing a beat, without fear of his own safety from what could have been a crazed fan, MJ hugged him tightly to protect him from a fatal fall, until security lowered the crane. All while the fan was unconcerned for his own safety and was having the time of his life. MJ was the consummate professional with a heart that was too big for this world.

As I sit here at home on a snow day, it would be nice for all schools up north to have either a field house or a indoor facility. These facilities are necessary for spring sports to have adequate practice space & be competitive. Itโs 2026 & weโre still practicing in the gym or sprinting the halls. It doesnโt make much sense to me.. #randomthoughtsofatrackcoach
