What we largely need to do” now to adapt is to “undo” mistakes-jackhammer concrete, remove roads & pavement, expand riverbanks, set back from the coast, shift to clean energy. It’s not fancy, it’s not “Dutch” & it’s not expensive but it does require hard choices.
