When JFK passed the Civil Rights Act protecting the vote of Black people and giving them equal rights, the KKK members of the Dekocratic Party before that time fled to the Republican Party turning the Republican Party into a party of racist hate.
When Reagan ran for office he recruited more of the hate mongers in the Dem Party to join the Republican Party.
The once Grand Old Party became a party of hateful cruel racists that it is today.
I refuse to call the Republican Party the GOP because it is not grand. It is a fascist, racist criminal organization that is run by corrupt convicted felon Trump and the crime organization Heritage Foundation and CPAC.
The Republican Party has no ethics, no integrity, no honor,,no honesty and it does nothing for the people, not Black, Hispanic, not Asian, not Native American and not white unless their very wealthy.
