Restarting development on infiniteclimbing.org to fix fundamental problems. Seems like a big task to initiate, but daily updates here should hopefully motivate me 💪

Happy to see how much easier it is to set up the second time. Aryzon added and basic object spawners added instead of pre-spawned objects.

Starting to add customized input for the user to decide difficulty & dimensions of are they want to climb in.
Simple, but everything that works is a victory for me in this new medium :)

Who is working on enabling #materialpassport's with #sensors actively monitoring the state of the #buildingmaterials?
@3XN_GXN mentioned it as an obstacle in 2016 & everybody is talking about it. I can't see who is working on a technical solution?

I've realized that I have to get better at programming in Unity to get infiniteclimbing.org where I want it to be.
I currently know #JavaScript. Is it absolutely necessary to learn C#, or can I do what is needed with js (UnityScript)?

My brother asked for an app that took input from a scanner & looked through a 20k row sheet to find the item associated with the barcode number & then do some further calculations on that.
Happy to go from having no idea on how to solve it to this in 3 hours 🥳 #CodeNewbie

Very happy to see my motivation is coming back and I slowly can start making progress again!
Progress:
✅Setup routing.
✅Add login functionality.
✅Create a Profile Page.
⏹️Modify code to give users private spaces.
⏹️Substitute Airtable with Firebase.

This morning I spent 3 hours going deep into react/redux/firebase authentication as I couldn't get it to work!!
Then I found out the entire problem was due to me dispatching the action from a form instead of a button 😶

Got to try out the @aryzon_official augmented reality headset thanks to one of my Pioneerlings and — wow, breathtaking!
Saturday morning, watching the Earth from the perspective of low earth orbit; the planet turning in front of me as clouds formed, day and night rose and fell.

Given how prevalent software (web, apps, games, alexa, AR/VR, etc) is in our lives, it might feel like most things are already invented, but...
