Made progress today in settling my FiL's affairs. Thank you to @DeptVetAffairs and @esurance for helping me through this. The RRB, on the other hand, could use both a twitter account and some customer service training.
Most of my students have the kind of job that will fire them for staying home sick, many working in food service. At least one has no insurance, probably more. How TF are they supposed to self isolate if they get sick?

I donโt have strict attendance policy b/c if youโre sick, nobody wants your germs. If your kids are sick? You gotta take care of them. Missing class has consequences, but thereโs no need to add insult to injury.
