Has anyone else experienced terrible customer service from @netflix? Reached out to customer service, followed their instructions, and now I am being told something completely different. They even claimed that they didn’t have a record of my previous online chat! Sloppy!

Such unethical and irresponsible business practices. I have a plethora of screen shots which at times are laughable. I think this last canned response sums it up. Zero accountability. Tsk tsk @netflix.

I prefer to uplift companies yet this one is a bad actor. I’ve given my hard earned cash to @netflix for decades & this company has made me rethink my loyalty . I did screen shots of my entire current chat because a client rep said they didn’t have a record of my previous chat.

I originally had a decent boarding placement but due to reroute I was moved to C. Asked at the desk if I could board earlier & was told I lost my seat assignment and only could get earlier if I paid. Have to say a bit of a bummer answer for my 4 hour, not my fault, delay 😣
