The world is nearing peak gas generation, with 61 of 124 gas generating countries already past their peak. Japan, UK, and India lead globally in reducing gas generation. Gas and coal would have lost more share, if nuclear didn't fall from 16.9% in 2001 to 8.86% in 2025.
