Today marks one year since we announced Leland’s Seed round and expansion into new coaching categories. I can’t believe how much has changed. Up to that point… - Our homepage was built on Squarespace - We were only serving MBA applicants - No one had ever written about us - We had a small, but passionate customer and coach base At this point… - Our website is not on squarespace 😂 - We’ve helped customers achieve their goals in 30 categories (despite only being in 15) - Coaches have made millions through Leland - We’ve been covered by Forbes, TechCrunch, and dozens of other publications Hard to believe how far we’ve come, but so excited for what this next year will bring. I’m sure we’ll look back and realize this was only the beginning.

Meet Edwin — one of the most inspiring people you'll ever hear about. His story told through his words: "I am autistic. I’ve previously told very few people this in private. I’m ashamed to say that I was afraid of telling people about being autistic, especially in a public setting like LinkedIn. Afraid of judgment from others, how it would affect my job prospects, etc. Throughout much of my life, I had difficulties understanding why certain things that seemed to come naturally to most people - such as social interactions - felt so elusive to me. My diagnosis has given me so much clarity into my life. It’s given me context into so many things - such as why I had to actively learn skills that seemed natural to others, my unique and sometimes intense interests, and why I react the way I do to certain external stimuli and stresses. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago at age 25. Why am I posting this now? To help promote understanding and acceptance of autism and neurodiversity, even in a small way." And now, Edwin is joining the @Wharton Class of 2025 this Fall. In his announcement post he shared: "I felt there was no better time to deliver the news than during Autism Acceptance Month - my decision to pursue an MBA is intricately tied to my neurodivergence. I look forward to building on my experience so I can more effectively create change for the neurodiverse community."
