As a long time CA resident all I want is for you super majority to focus on: 1. Driving housing and energy costs down. - Housing prices (up 28.6% since Newsom took office) - Gas prices (up 27.9% since Newsom took office) - Electric prices (up 45.9% since Newsom took office) 2. Fixing our increasing efforts at homelessness without taxing us more. - LA County homeless rate is up 26.3% since Newsom took office. This while spending BILLIONS of taxpayer money. We can talk through crime, businesses, etc. But people overwhelming are leaving this state because of 1 and 2. Neither of which are mentioned in your tweet here. Newsom and yourself have lost the plot that the middle class of CA is being forced out while driving poverty up. At the end of the day rather than analyze a recall of Newsom, maybe explore why Californians are seeking this out? Newsom has done nothing of massive substance. He makes Jerry Brown look amazing and that's something else. Stop focusing on Trump, Californians need our elected officials to focus on the residents of this state and this state only. Trump isn't the governor, he's not even the president.
