What an absolute joke. We have been waiting for advertised time of 90mins (actually 1hr 45 mins now!) to ride Hagrids motorbike ride and only 60% of the way in the queue. No announcements! No communication whatsoever. Some very very unhappy customers here! #AskUniversal

On the @CelebrityCruise celebrity beyond- just done independent exploration of capri with transfer. €244 for two people for transfer on a ferry. Was like a cattle market. Horrific experience. When complained, the team member agreed with us how bad it is 🙄NEVER AGAIN

"Quiet quitting" isn't laziness. Doing the bare minimum is a common response to bullshit jobs, abusive bosses, and low pay.
When they don't feel cared about, people eventually stop caring.
If you want them to go the extra mile, start with meaningful work, respect, and fair pay.
