When you find success with open-source, there will be strong pressure to stop open-sourcing - from investors, pundits, over-simplification, short-term thinking. IMO, this is a mistake. In most cases, you're going to be more successful in the long-run - and more impactful for the world - by doubling down on open-source (like HF is doing)!
