Council is not a full time position, so my personal response time to emails can vary but Council support staff can help address immediate issues more quickly.

This kind of event will do absolutely nothing to prevent additional crashes in the future, we have to be focused on changing the physical makeup of our streets to calm traffic and keep people safe. An absolute waste of money.

We worked a traffic safety enforcement event on NW 23rd from I-44 to west OKC limits after research found from January 2024 there were 194 traffic crashes reported in that area. Our TRAFFIC SAFETY UNIT did special enforcement December 29th - January 4th which resulted in:
