Open Letter To the President of the Russian Federation From the President of Ukraine When you came to power in Russia more than 26 years ago, many people in Ukraine viewed you positively. That is how it was. But that is now in the past. Now, the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians view it positively that our long-range drones paid a visit to the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, covering a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you know very well, that distance is not the limit of our capabilities.

Horrific: Nirel Zini (left) was beheaded in the October 7 Massacre. He was buried without a head. His family just found part of a human skull in Kfar Aza, nearly three years later. It has been sent to forensics for testing. #NeverForget #NeverAgain

50 000 Poles showed up at the main square in Kraków’s Old Town last week to celebrate the promotion of their team Wisla Krakow to the first league. They cleaned up the square before going home, leaving no garbage behind. 0 arrests, 0 violence, 0 looting

Listen to Dudayev, the former Chechen president warning us in 1995. A few months before Russia assassinated him. He was right all the time.💔

🇵🇹 A threat actor is advertising an alleged dataset tied to Continente.pt, reportedly containing customer contact records, transaction history, delivery details, and loyalty-program information associated with Portuguese consumers. According to the listing, the exposed data allegedly includes: Approximately 576,000 customer records Tax ID numbers Full names, emails, and phone numbers Street addresses and postal codes Customer segmentation and loyalty-program enrollment data Marketing and notification preferences Registration and login metadata Order history and transaction details Delivery addresses and shipping information Payment status and refund records Customer notes, ratings, and campaign associations Communication-consent and opt-in tracking records The structure of the dataset suggests exposure from a centralized e-commerce CRM and order-management ecosystem integrating customer accounts, marketing automation, delivery logistics, and loyalty analytics. Retail and loyalty datasets remain highly attractive within underground communities because they provide extensive behavioral intelligence beyond simple contact information. Purchase histories, delivery patterns, loyalty status, and consent-tracking metadata can significantly improve the effectiveness of phishing, account takeover attempts, refund fraud, social engineering, and targeted impersonation campaigns. The alleged inclusion of customer feedback, marketing segmentation, and notification-preference data may also provide attackers with deeper profiling capabilities, enabling more personalized and convincing fraud operations against affected individuals. #DDW #Intelligence #DarkWeb #Continente

On This Day — May 25, 1948 They put a bullet in the back of his head. The man they executed that day was Witold Pilecki — the only person in history who voluntarily walked into Auschwitz. In 1940, this Polish cavalry officer deliberately got himself arrested during a Nazi roundup in Warsaw. Using a false identity, he entered hell as prisoner #4859. For two and a half years, Pilecki lived as a starving skeleton in striped rags while secretly building a resistance network inside the camp. He smuggled out the first detailed eyewitness reports of the Nazi death machine to the Allies — gas chambers, selections, medical experiments, and the systematic murder of Jews. While he was there, more than 1,000 Jews per day were being gassed and burned. At its peak in 1944, the killing rate reached more than 6,000 per day. He saw it all. He documented it all. He risked everything so the world would know. In April 1943, Pilecki escaped by overpowering a guard at a bakery outside the wire. He rejoined the fight, battled in the Warsaw Uprising, and later resisted the Soviet occupation of Poland. For his courage, the communist regime tortured him, staged a show trial, and executed him on May 25, 1948. One of the great heroes of the 20th century. Remember his name: Witold Pilecki.

31 years ago this week, China abducted a six-year-old boy. Gedhun Choekyi Nyima had just been recognised by the Dalai Lama as the 11th Panchen Lama - one of the most sacred figures in Tibetan Buddhism. Three days later, Chinese authorities seized him and his entire family. He has not been seen since. He is now 37. The world still doesn't know if he is alive. China must release him. This is one of the longest enforced disappearances in the world - he is a political prisoner - and he must not be forgotten. #FreeTibet

My very boring solution to flotilla activists: 1. Stop turning them into the main characters of a global Netflix special. 2. Enforce the blockade professionally. 3. Seize the boats. 4. Bill them and their governments for wasting everyone’s time and resources. The story they tell afterward should not be: “OMG we survived Israeli oppression 😭✊” It should be: “Nothing happened, nobody cared, and now I owe Israel €462,000.” You are not freedom fighters. You are not breaking the Siege of Stalingrad. You are attempting to violate a legal naval blockade during wartime to aid territory controlled by an internationally recognized terror organization. This is not a free PR cruise with bonus orgies and complimentary deportation flights home. And no you don't get a sandwich.

At around 09:45, a terrorist opened fire from the vicinity of a church toward IDF forces operating outside the church compound in the Kawkaba area of southern Lebanon, killing Reserve Maj. Itamar Sapir. I wonder whether the outrage over the desecration of a church for terrorism and murder will match the justified outrage over the destruction of a statue of Jesus.

We are still needing reposts to help #SaveLucy some dogs by circumstance or by temperament, or both, carve out a special place in our lives. obviously Lucy has done that for her family. Let’s keep the spotlight shining to #SaveLucy one of the lucky war dogs to find their home.
After I separated from the military, I continued to deploy as a contractor. Many don't realize that we often claim to have no boots on the ground in a given theater because we have no uniformed troops there. But we do. Their uniform is 5.11 cargo pants and black zip-up fleeces. I know. I was one of them. I didn't ask to stop deploying. I was forced into it. I got a bad neurological report. Spinocerebellar ataxia, type 14. Never heard of it, right? It's one of the rare ones. I think of it like a slow progressing ALS. It's characterized by a steadily deteriorating sense of balance and coordination. It makes things that used to be easy, difficult. It makes things that used to be difficult, impossible. It's not going to shorten my life, God willing, but it will make my later years look different than I had hoped. I obviously couldn't keep deploying. I did my final tour - one last hurrah to the same desert where I had earlier met Lucy. It was a much safer place this time. I made a point to stop by our old camp and visit the spot where I had once played with my dog when she was a sad faced pup in the desert. What I didn't know is that a short time later, I'd be out of a job, a casualty of Biden's vaccine mandate. As someone rendered non-deployable, nobody went to bat for me. In those uncertain times, they wanted to retain the people they could use as boots on the ground. So I was shown the door. It felt like Uncle Sam had spat in my face. At the same time, @Herb_Minstrel's music school closed on orders of the Virginia Health Department prohibiting in-person music lessons. In the blink of an eye, our family's source of income had disappeared. But Lucy remained a source of comfort. When I deployed, I felt better leaving my wife and kids knowing she was home to protect them. When I had to stop traveling, she kept my experiences alive; a living, breathing link to the past. D.C. once took away my livelihood. Richmond took away my wife's. Now, the county is trying to take away our dog. We can't let them. #SaveLucy

Took Lucy treats. Couldn't see her. One of the ladies took a video of her. She sent it to me along with the following message: "Praying for a positive outcome soon for Lucy! 🙏" These people are heroes. God bless them. But I want my dog back. #SaveLucy @Herb_Minstrel

It has now been one month since Lucy's collar slipped over her head. One month since she was loose in my yard for a few seconds. One month since nobody got hurt. One month since nothing happened. It has also been one month since the police were called. One month since animal control issued me a court summons. One month since they took my dog, the dog I bonded with in war ten years ago. One month since my world turned into a living hell. It has been one month since nothing happened. And it has been one month since everything happened, in response to nothing. She has spent one month in jail. Over nothing. Away from everything. One month away from her fields. Away from Lex. Away from the kids. Away from @Herb_Minstrel and me. Let her come home. It's been long enough. It's time. It's damn time. #SaveLucy I have nothing more to say. @LoneStarChica @catturd2
