Australian’s hostile policy position on nuclear power is an international embarrassment. Today the Belgium PM pointed out Australia’s absence at the at the @iaeaorg’s first World Nuclear Summit: 🇧🇪Belgium PM: “Every continent is present except for Australia” As the world goes nuclear, our decision makers must forgo their hubris to think that we can get away with ignoring the potential of nuclear power.

We knew that @AEMO_Energy and @CSIRO avoided doing proper apples-to-apples cost comparisons. They used 'sunk costs' to avoid renewables costs and do dodgy apples-to-oranges instead. But @Bowenchris has taken things to a new low before #QandA. 1/ x.com/pm_mcd/status/17033987…

@QuixoticQuant Gencost says converting coal into Nukes cost $387B, capturing every penny. It’s on now, the maths is cracked open.

.@Apple how bad is your weather app. Every day it’s beautiful and sunny your app says it’s raining. Every time lately.

Awesome post thread on the upside of AI to counter the AI Doomers…
Why AI Will Save The World By Marc Andreessen The era of Artificial Intelligence is here, and boy are people freaking out. Fortunately, I am here to bring the good news: AI will not destroy the world, and in fact may save it. 🧵

.@auspost are pathetically unreliable. Delivery drivers lie to cut corners and save time in their route forcing us to goto a post office to collect parcels. Pricks.

Hey @auspost thanks for telling me you’re delivering a parcel today and even asking me if I want it left at the door if I’m not home. I stayed home all day and you send me a text to say I have to go pick it up from a post office. No one came around and knocked or left a card.

If the @RBAInfo thinks lifting interest rates and putting people out of work is necessary for the economy… can they please then take the lead and resign their positions and be unemployed to set a good example…

Best HANA and BTP content SAP had…

This news is very disappointing, the recent CAP extension generator series is by far the best content out there for learning BTP and CAP development, hands down, the same can be said for so many other series on that channel, I appreciated the quality and detail

Before we accept it when we're told the government 'can't afford' something that might be to the public good we should remind ourselves of facts like the following from the Office for National Statistics this morning:

.@Twitter @elonmusk can we please move the “you replied to a tweet” banner on iPhone so that it doesn’t cover over the back-arrow to navigate back to your feed. So annoying…

.@ING_Aust why do you lock peoples accounts as inactive and then block us from accessing funds without calling you. However a phone call leads to over 30min wait times where I have to give up. Your a disgrace and it’s not good enough
