Australian’s hostile policy position on nuclear power is an international embarrassment.
Today the Belgium PM pointed out Australia’s absence at the at the @iaeaorg’s first World Nuclear Summit:

As the world goes nuclear, our decision makers must forgo their hubris to think that we can get away with ignoring the potential of nuclear power.

We knew that @AEMO_Energy and @CSIRO avoided doing proper apples-to-apples cost comparisons. They used 'sunk costs' to avoid renewables costs and do dodgy apples-to-oranges instead.

Hey @auspost thanks for telling me you’re delivering a parcel today and even asking me if I want it left at the door if I’m not home. I stayed home all day and you send me a text to say I have to go pick it up from a post office. No one came around and knocked or left a card.
