Used a mixture of ideas from @gbchefs for tonight’s fish.. Pan fried hake (brined in kombu, citrus & parsley, cooked in butter & olive oil), crab velouté, lightly pickled hispi cabbage, garlic & lemon roast mini potatoes and chive oil…not bad for a first go! #UppingMyFoodGame

It’s odd what happens when you take @jamieoliver’s easy flatbread recipe and chuck more stuff at it..Baharat spiced yoghurt marinated lamb kebabs..with za’atar yoghurt flatbreads and simple salad dressed with pomegranate molasses.
