I’ve been working in the field for several years, and it’s the first time that someone comes to me saying they have real-world problems for which quantum crypto is relevant. Have a look @rdviii @eu_qia @StephWehner
Quantum Punks ⚛️ Over the years, I met quantum people that had no idea about crypto and viceversa. However, I also met people that are in the perfect intersection. @ObadiaAlex and I decided to call them Quantum Punks and wrote a short manifesto. quantumpunks.org/ 🧵

Very nice post (in french) about your RFC @rdviii @StephWehner. The work of @eu_qia is slowly going to the real world!

I can't be grateful enough to @FabioSciarrino and @ElhamKashefi who gave me the opportunity to collaborate on this fantastic project.

This is great ! As many computer scientists, my first love was for discrete maths, of course.
I was at a sensational combinatorics seminar in Cambridge yesterday, reminiscent of the time I had been tipped off that Andrew Wiles's seminar at the Newton Institute on Wednesday 23rd June 1993 might be worth going to. 🧵 arxiv.org/abs/2303.09521

I've been really impressed by @Shraddha9511 when we worked on the quantum protocol zoo and quantum coms more generally. I'm very happy to learn about the high quality of her current research!
Really great talk today at #QIP2023 by @Shraddha9511 on recent progress on implementations of the GKP code. Who would have thought back when the GKP paper appeared that these codes would outperform standard qubit codes 20 years later? (1/2)

This is a prototype for our teleportation gadget. Here we can see that when Alice measures 00 (blue, blue), the residual state on Bob's side is correct.

A great opportunity to work with great researchers in Paris!
We have an opening for a PhD student to work with Eleni Diamanti and me on quantum protocols! If you are interested/knows someone who would be interested, drop us a message: euraxess.ec.europa.eu/jobs/6…

I've started a new playlist on my YouTube channel where I will video myself attempting to solve mathematical problems. It's something I'd wondered about doing once I got used to giving courses online. This is my first attempt.

Replying to @EnDirectDuLabo
