ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಗೆಡವುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ @narendramodi ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ @BJP4India ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಣಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ನಟರಾಜನ್‌ ಅವರ ನಾಮಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಕಪಿಮುಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣ ಮುುಂದಿದೆ. ಮೋದಿ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೇಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಿದು. ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ನಟರಾಜನ್‌ ಅವರ ನಾಮಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲೋಪದೋಷಗಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಕೆಲವು ಲೋಪದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ. ಈ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾದ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾಬಲ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೂ 3ನೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಹಣದ ಆಮೀಷವನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕುದುರೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿ 3ನೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಶಾಸಕರು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಾದರು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಕುದುರೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕೊನೆಯ ಅಸ್ತ್ರ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನಾಮಪತ್ರವೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ನಟರಾಜನ್‌ ಅವರ ನಾಮಪತ್ರ ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಡಿ ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ನಟರಾಜನ್‌ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್‌ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ಖಾಸಗಿ ದೂರು ಅಪರಾಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಶೋಕಾಸ್‌ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳೇ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ಅವರ ನಾಮಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವು ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಯೋಗವು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವಾಗಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಹಕಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತಗಳ್ಳತನವನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ದಂಧೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಸ್‌ಐಆರ್‌ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಕಳ್ಳಮಾರ್ಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಗುರುತರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎಸಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ್ಳತವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮತಗಳ್ಳತನದ ದಂಧೆಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮತಗಳ್ಳತನದ ದಂಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾರರ ಧಿಕ್ಕು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವುದು, ಕುದುರೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಸುವುದು, ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ್ಳತನ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮಸೂದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾರಾಸಗಟಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷವು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ದೇಶದ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
